Donor Terms

Effective date: July 30, 2026 · Last updated: July 30, 2026

These terms apply when you make a contribution through Manna. Organizations that use Manna to raise funds are governed by the Organization Terms of Service.

1. Manna and the Recipient Organization

Manna is a fundraising platform operated by RAIZEIT LLC, an Alabama limited liability company. The “Platform” means the Manna websites, applications, and services, including any donation page hosted by Manna.

When you make a contribution through the Platform, you are contributing to the campaign, committee, or nonprofit whose donation page you are using (the “Organization”). You are not contributing to Manna. Manna provides the software and the payment connection, and deducts a platform fee from each contribution for providing that service. The remainder settles into the Organization’s own payment account.

Manna does not solicit contributions, does not select the organizations you may support, does not control how an Organization uses the funds it receives, and does not endorse or oppose any candidate, party, or cause.

By making a contribution, you accept these terms.

2. Your Contribution

When you submit a contribution, you authorize a charge to your payment method for the amount shown at checkout. Contributions are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are entered directly into a secure form hosted by Stripe. Manna does not receive or store your full card number.

Your contribution will appear on your statement with a descriptor identifying the Organization you supported, and in some cases Manna. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us before disputing it and we will identify the contribution and the recipient for you.

Manna will send a receipt to the email address you provide. If you do not receive one, contact support@mannagive.com.

3. Your Representations

Contributions to political campaigns and committees are regulated. By contributing, you represent and warrant that:

  1. you are at least 18 years of age;
  2. the contribution is made from your own funds, and not from funds provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making it;
  3. the contribution is made using a personal payment method belonging to you, and not a corporate or business account where that is prohibited;
  4. where you are contributing to a federal or state political campaign, committee, or party committee, you are a United States citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident;
  5. you are not a federal government contractor, where that status would prohibit your contribution;
  6. the contribution does not cause you to exceed any applicable contribution limit under federal, state, or local law; and
  7. the information you provide, including your name, address, occupation, and employer, is accurate and complete.

The Organization is responsible for determining whether it may lawfully accept your contribution and may refund it where it may not. Manna does not verify eligibility and does not determine whether a contribution is lawful.

4. Refunds

Refund decisions are made by the Organization that received your contribution, not by Manna. To request a refund, contact the Organization directly. Where the Organization has provided contact details, they appear on your receipt, and you may reply to that receipt to reach them.

Where you cannot reach the Organization, or you need assistance with the payment itself, contact support@mannagive.com and we will assist you in reaching them. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank, as a dispute takes substantially longer to resolve than a refund. Full details appear in the Refund Policy.

5. Public Disclosure

Campaign finance law requires that certain contributor information be publicly reported. Where you contribute to a federal candidate, political action committee, or party committee, your name, address, occupation, employer, and contribution amount may be reported to the Federal Election Commission and published. Comparable requirements may apply under state and local law.

Information published in this manner becomes a public record and cannot be withdrawn by Manna or by the Organization. The Organization is responsible for its own reporting. The Privacy Policy describes how Manna handles your information.

6. Tax Treatment

Contributions to political campaigns, committees, and political action committees are not tax-deductible. Donations to qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofits may be tax-deductible; donations to 501(c)(4) organizations generally are not. Manna does not provide tax advice and does not determine whether a contribution is deductible. Consult your own tax advisor.

7. Acceptable Use

You shall not use the Platform to:

  1. make a contribution using a payment method you are not authorized to use;
  2. make a contribution in the name of another person, or using funds supplied by another person or entity for that purpose;
  3. make a contribution from a prohibited source, including a foreign national or foreign entity where that is prohibited;
  4. circumvent any contribution limit or reporting requirement; or
  5. submit false information, or interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.

8. Disputes With an Organization

Manna is not a party to your relationship with the Organization you support. Any dispute concerning how an Organization uses funds, communicates with you, or handles your information is between you and that Organization. Manna has no obligation to participate in that dispute, though we will assist you in making contact.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manna disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manna shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Manna’s total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of the contribution or contributions giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects any right you hold under consumer protection law that cannot be waived. Where applicable law does not permit a particular exclusion, that exclusion applies to the fullest extent permitted.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where the law of the state in which you reside requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms prevents you from bringing a claim in small claims court or from filing a complaint with a government agency.

11. Changes

Manna may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date and apply to contributions made after they take effect. The terms in force at the time you make a contribution govern that contribution.

12. Contact

For questions concerning a contribution, a receipt, or a charge you do not recognize, contact support@mannagive.com or use the Contact page.
